LOD Solutions will perform a complete review of base building documents as they relate to tenants design & construction plans. We will also review the lease, design criteria (if available), and all relevant exhibits while working with leasing and operations to provide a streamline process.
Our team will send out customized tenant packages including LOD and closely monitor the progress of the deal while managing the design / drawing submission process. We will coordinate with tenants and landlords architects, engineers and legal representatives as well as others critical to the review process to bring resolution to any and all design issues.
During the construction phase, we will resolve any field related design and construction issues as well as monitor progress and the schedule to ensure critical dates are met and project the tenants opening date.
